Mr. Karun Modi is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Group, a professional with an MBA from Thunderbird USA and B.E. from VT University. With 11 years of experience in the construction and mining industry, Mr. Modi plays a major role in the group’s decision-making processes, exploring new business opportunities, and for guiding the teams as a leader.
Executive Director
Mr. Gaurav Modi is Promoter, Executive Director and Designated Partner of the group of companies and firms. He is B.Com and a Chartered Accountant, with 10 years of experience in construction, mining, finance, and taxation. His key functions include project execution, exploration of new business avenues, and team building. He works tirelessly to make the operations more professional, create new benchmarks for the business, and lead the diverse teams of engineers, site supervisors, and managers with great efficiency.
Promoter
Mr. Anil Kumar Agarwal is Promoter, Executive Director and Designated Partner of the group of companies and firms with an experience of 20 years in the construction and mining industry. He brings a vast experience with him and plays a key role in optimizing the procurement process for the business. Besides this, he works on all aspects of the project execution and decision-making process through a SWOT analysis of business opportunities.
Mr. Chagan Lal Modi is a Promoter with an experience of over 30 years in the construction and mining industry. He has managed the business with great efficiency through good times as well as tough periods. Besides managing a large number of project executions, he has worked steadily for improving the business liaison and procurements
Mr. Manoj Modi is a Bachelor of Commerce and Promoter and Designated Partner of the group. With an experience of 9 years in the mining and crushing industry, he has made immense contributions towards work execution, and marketing. His efforts have been vital for procuring some of the very important projects of the group.
Mr. Adarsh Bansal is a Bachelor of Commerce and Promoter and Designated Partner of the group. With 9 years of experience in crushing, sales, and logistics he plays a significant role in project execution. He has successfully brought in many new businesses and has acquired excellent skills for new business procurement.
